When using this SMART reader to connect to a mobile device via Bluetooth - it is extremely important to ensure ALL other mobile devices in the near vicinity have their Bluetooth settings SWITCHED OFF to prevent multi device interference and to establish an initial and stable Bluetooth connection.

NB : This device is only compatible with Windows PC computers for the mass transfer of stored EID data on the device. Software should auto run when downloaded to a new Windows PC. If using an older machine and a driver error appears when attempting to connect to the scanner - download and install the additional drivers available above and from here
